App like CoreTemp on Windows

Yesterday I managed to install Big Sur on my old Late 2011 MB Pro.

Is there an app to show RAM usage? And an app like CoreTemp for Windows, but for MacOS?

RAM: Activity Monitor
Temperatures and RAM: iStat Menus. Some like Stats or Menu Meters.
CoreTemp: nothing with that style of interface.
