App name? & Viso alternative

Hello All,
Just a recent switcher to Mac, (got myself & MBA 2013)
Planning on getting iMac next.

In any case I need someone to identify which app is attached here, I just installed omnifocus for business / personal work, and found this app in the background. I am used to using visio on windows for flowchart(etc) and I think this would be a good alternative.

Could anyone name this app? or any other alternative for creating flow charts. I don't need a complex apps with a lot of bells & whistles, just a simple program with ability to add shapes / text / lines. (ease of use matters the most to me at this stage)

It's OmniGraffle. For most diagrams I find it much easier to use than Visio.

Yup, it's OmniGraffle. Same company that makes OmniFocus.
