I just got a text from my daughter. She has iOS 18.6.2 on her iPhone 16 Pro Max, and her battery usage shows 1h20m from an app (IG Academy: Learn How to Trade) that is NOT on her phone. She went through her Settings > Apps and the app is not there. She went to the App Store and searched for the app and it gives her the option to GET the app. It is NOT installed on her phone and she says that it never was - supported by the "GET" option versus the cloud download icon.

How is this possible? What is going on here?

Is there any chance it's a website that didn't fully close out and is running in the background? I'd also suggest restarting the phone to see if that helps

Is Screen Time set to share across devices? If so, is this app on another device that's linked to her Apple Account? It doesn't necessarily mean it's on that phone.
