Hi. How can I download and pay for apps (when required) but have them on both of my daughters devices.
For example, should I have to pay twice, or just the once as the account holder, for Super Mario to be installed on both of their phones?

Hi
Unless Super Mario have unusal T&C in the app store which I doubt, if both your daughters iOS devices are on the same iTunes account then both devices can download all apps and update as necessary.

May be worth noting you have a 100% money back gaurantee on apps and iTunes etc purchases

There is a 'family sharing' link in the above article that may help and offer you more control over purchases.
