App on multiple devices

Hi. How can I download and pay for apps (when required) but have them on both of my daughters devices.
For example, should I have to pay twice, or just the once as the account holder, for Super Mario to be installed on both of their phones?

I am not familiar with this particular app but SOME can be used on many devices.

CoPilot my sat nav is a one device only, but can be moved from one to another by releasing one device online and signing in on the other.

office in my android phone w linked to account and actually had it on 3 devices with only paying once.

Unless Super Mario have unusal T&C in the app store which I doubt, if both your daughters iOS devices are on the same iTunes account then both devices can download all apps and update as necessary.
