(App quit unexpectedly) cannot dismiss popup

One of my apps quit ...I cannot dismiss the popup window.

Clicking either "Ignore" or "Report..." does nothing ... (I can click the button and get feedback from color-change ...so the window itself seems active)

Dude ...yes sure, "restart your computer" solves it all.

But this does happen too often, this one just 1h ago ->

(Cannot dismiss popup by clicking either button ...)
