Small suggestion, you could jailbreak your phone and install MXTube, then download the video and play it anytime.

blipr comes with a police siren sound but you would need to add at least one friend to play it at will

Our app, 100sounds, has several sirens, plus you can use them as ringtones.

Playing a police siren and flashing light could easily get you into trouble, especially if you're silly enough to put the iPhone in the window of your car and pretend to be a plain clothes policeman.

I pray you forget to add a $1.99 symbol for sarcasm at the end of that statement? who the heck would be dumb enough to be pulled over by a guy holding an iPhone up with a siren playing.... (sounds like a peewee herman skit) :D

The unfortunate fact is thta there are MANY people that dumb, as well as MANY people dumb enough to try pretending to be a policeman ... but that doesn't alter the fact that anyone silly enough to try it WILL get themselves into trouble with real policemen.

There are laws in most countries saying you aren't allowed to have lights and sounds on your car the same as emergency services (in fact in many places you aren't even allowed Knight Rider style lights), as well as the obvious "impersonating a police officer".
