App Scam (RISING WAR)

I was looking for some strategy games and I found this:

RISING WAR free

However, even though the name says free, he charges for £32.49.

I've seen other scams on the App Store, but this one is the most absurd so far!

I wish Apple would give us a button to flag/report fraudulent apps.

Beware of what you purchase!
