App Store ACCEPT Oddity

Does anyone else have this issue whereby the App Store is asking to ACCEPT some of your apps like this, in my case iMovie and iPhoto?

When I click Accept it says they are already in my purchase list and need to do nothing else but this will not go away. I have already "accepted" the two apps about 5x and still it persists.

Any way to get rid of this annoyance?
