Affecting the UK as well, had a few iCloud photo errors with my PC auto syncing in the background, had some warnings saying it couldn't sync.

They had no trouble taking my money for a movie rental and starting the 48 hour clock, but they won't actually stream the movie. On the Apple TV, I get the message, "Unable to Play: There's a problem playing this video. The issue is being worked on. Try again later." On the Mac TV app, trying to stream eventually fails silently and closes the window, unless I try to download the movie, in which case I see, "There was a problem downloading 'x'. An internal server error occurred. Please check that the connection to the network is active and try again." The first admits there is a problem; the second tries to blame me and my network, but at least it's polite and remembers to say "please."

If the problem isn't resolved within 48 hours, I guess I'm out $3.99. Collecting service revenue without providing the service is nice work if you can get it.
On par with their current business models for hardware.

Not facing any issues right now. Apple's System Status page showed a lot of issues earlier. Hopefully it will be fixed soon for all users globally.
