iOS App store - Application signing

Can anyone tell me where i can find the detailed information for submitting my application to app store.

Do it require signing?

What are the criteria it should fulfill to be submitted successfully.

please provide me some reference where i can find all these details.

Yes it requires code signing. You must be a paid-up member with Apple ($99). Once you pay you can see the developer portal which has clear, step-by-step instructions that you must follow.

Go to the http://developer.apple.com/iphone/
Login
Click on "iPhone Developer Program Portal"
Read the "Program Portal User Guide"

In all seriousness if you couldn't work that out on your own please don't actually write anything..
