iPhone App Store bug - can’t download apps

Running 13.2.3, and even noticed this in 13.2.2 in my iPhone 11

When I go to the App Store and select an app or game and click GET nothing happens. If I do the same on my iPad, I am able to select GET and download stuff.

I am THEN able to go back on my iPhone and click the cloud icon and I am able to download that app or game. Not sure what the issue is.

I have selected a different language in settings then back to English. Tried changing date and time. Force closed the App Store, rebooted. None of these make a difference. Besides having to do a full wipe and restore, and other suggestions?

There is already a thread with many people reporting this same issue. iOS version does not matter. The issue seems to be tied to our Apple ID’s failing to authenticate App Store severs, as users experience this update failure across all their devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, AppleTV, etc.) tied to their Apple ID.

My app isn’t stuck on waiting, it just doesn’t register me trying to download it (ie clicking GET does nothing )
