The buttons along the bottom of the App Store are different today there is no "More" button or "Redeem". Also yes I'm on 3.0.

Noticed the same thing today. They seem to control this bottom bar.

I have been reading about this, and some people think it is just that Apple is doing some maintenance/bug fixes with the App Store and will return back to normal. Another rumor is that you can now redeem app codes through the iTunes app too.
