mine is gone all of a sudden too on my iPhone 4 5.0.1
I can still use spotlight to find and access it tho

Do you guys have Springtomize installed? If so, have you turned on custom capabilities?
When you turn that on, everything defaults to off. You've got to turn them back on.

Mine disappeared yesterday and I spent a good portion (over a few hours) going through every setting/tweak, re-springing, and rebooting completely. It was gone completely from my phone. Spotlight couldn't find it and I could not find the files in ifun-box either. I got frustrated and decided to restore and of course that solved the problem. However, later last night I saw on youtube that others were having the same problem and they deleted iconoslam and everything showed up again.
you know what's odd is that one of my co-workers has an iPod touch 2g... and about 3 months ago, his app store icon disappeared too. what's the most odd is that his iPod is not jailbroken. the app store icon showed back up later the next day on its own...

I just saw it was in a folder that I didnt put it in, its usually left on the springboard.
I guess iconoslam moved it when I changed my layout
