App store down for anyone else?

It's down for me in the UK.

Has been working fine downloading the various updates. Ironically I got to the App Store update and it hung.

Tried searching for an app from within the App Store and it returns the message'

"Cannot Connect to App Store"
 
Yeah, it's down for me on my iPhone but strangely some apps managed to update on my iPad. I just get "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" on my iPhone.
 
I'm able to update and browse the charts but not to search for apps.

Something must be getting prepared for the impending wave of updates and bandwidth needed. :D

Working now.

Had to accept the NEW terms and conditions. Looks like it included some mumbo jumbo related to the new fingerprint ID acceptance, etc...

Didn't read it all.

Successfully update 1 of 3 apps requiring it then it timed out. Up and down will likely occur all day.
 
Its failing for me, too ... worked fine up until I deleted an app (Gmail) and now I can't get it back. Probably due to the new IOS out today.
 
Anyone else getting the new terms and conditions to the store? It's 54 pages long and I see no way to acknowledge them!
 
Tried it on my iPad and that one had an agree button on it. Acknowledged it and can download on it.
 
Working for me now. So hold tight. You do have to accept the new Terms & Conditions.
