App store down?

I cant log on my phone or my computer. It says i cannot connect on my phone and on computer it says the service is currently down. anyone else have this problem

no, just bought one app. worked.

now the classical IT advise: did you switched off and on ?
At least log off and log on to AppStore. might help.
