Is anyone else having trouble accessing the featured or charts tabs from their phone?

I am.. any section results in a white page on my iPhone.
My iPad seems fine though.

Check out this thread. There is a potential solution for you in it. Seems to be a somewhat common problem.

I'm getting this too, and solution in the other thread did not work.

And Macrumors search is disabled. Bummers all around.

Solution in the other tread didn't work for me either. I've know someone who is having a similar problem. Sounds relatively widespread.

The fi in the other thread didn't work for me. Instead it ruined my calendars, imessage, facetime, and a bunch of other things.

Doesn't work on my 5 or iphone 4. It does work on my iPad though.
