I keep getting
The item you've requested is not currently available in the U.S. store.

Just opening in App Store on Mac High Sierra...
 
I checked their status page and it says up... down detector also doesn't show a problem :-(
 
seems late in the day for os release, but who knows 🙂 yeah the only thing working is the update page for me.
 
Swings a lot for me. A moment ago I wrote here it was back, now it's gone again, but in a second it might be back and then go away again. Had intermittent connections for a few minutes now

I am getting the same message: "The item you've requested is not currently available in the U.S. store." That's when looking at the "Featured" page. When switching to "Top Charts" or "Categories" it just shoes the "Cannot Connect to the App Store" background image.
