I purchased Lion last night in the App Store for my MacBook. The download failed and I have not been able to re-download Lion because it has been listed as installed in the App Store. I have tried clicking on Lion while holding the Option key, as noted in previous discussions-this did not work.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you.

Make sure the App Store is closed completely, then start it up again, now holding the Option key click on Purchases, it should then highlight as able to Install.

Note: This is holding the Option Key whilst clicking the Purchases Button on the top of the App Store Window.

And don't ask why it is still telling me to accept those Apps when they are already installed :)

Hope this helps.

Brett

Brett,

I tried your suggestion and unfortunately it did not work.

I have a call in to Apple Support, but they will not get back to me for several days.

Thanks,

Bob
