Have been running High Sierra for months, tried the 10.13.6 beta and then reverted to a CCC clone of 10.13.5. When the updates to 10.13.6 arrived I successfully updated using the combo updater.
Now the fun starts; accessing the app store, all my purchased system software, Sierra and High Sierra have disappeared. Apple's page only shows 10.13.5 (which I already have downloaded and saved on 2 disks) and says I have to run a firmware update to download that installer. Of course I have already installed that firmware on my 2009 MP with 5,1 firmware update.
App store should be showing 10.13.6 not .5!

For the future, always keep a copy of the installer file around. That way you're not at the mercy of whatever Apple does to its store. That said, this sounds like a temporary glitch. They tend to happen when lots of people are downloading, like today.
