App store/iTunes Store connection lost?

    Anyone else? I can see the stores just fine, but it times out when I enter my login/password. (24Sep11 07:28 Mountain DST/USA)

    UPDATE: My account info is good - I can login to the Apple Store on the web, but AppStore and iTunes still refuse to connect (ie, "connection error")

    Same here in the UK

    I have the same issue here in the UK and i am just on hold with AppleCare!
    i can't access iTunes, App store or Mac App store on either Mac, iPad or iPhone!
    if i get any response from the AppleCare team i will post back here!

    I had the very same problem here in Denmark, until a few minutes ago.
    Now I seem to be able to login again, and have just begun downloading an app. Everything seems to work fine again. There's probably just been some sort of downtime.

    Yes! all should be working fine now! they were aware of the issue and they have refreshed the servers!!
