iPhone App Store Keyboard

When prompted for a password while in the app store a keyboard with a transparent gray background is displayed:

Any idea how to replicated this system wide? Is ColorKeyboard the only option?
 
A tweak called Black Keyboard. Seems to work everywhere except in Cydia, but I can live with that.
