Hi folks, I'm not sure why this still happens or what to do, but I'm sure some of you guys can help me. I bought a MacBook Pro nearly a year ago on Craigslist. I have been trying to download some updates from the app store recently but when the dialogue window to download some of these updates comes up, it has the former owner's e-mail locked in so that I can't change it and consequently can't download the updates. Can you tell me what to do? I can still contact the guy who sold me the computer. Will I need to have him do something or is this a problem I can resolve myself? Thanks.
