App Store not installing certain apps

Anyone notice that certain apps are showing up in the App Store with the constant spinning circle, preventing installation? I can't get Gmail and Blackberry Work to install but every other app comes up fine without the spinning circle when I search for it.

Try deleting them and re-downloading them.
