iPod touch App Store outside USA?

Does anyone know if App Store coming in June will be available to all via Itunes or just to those using the USA Itunes with USA credit card to purchase the new apps

Well, that's not many countries at all... What happens with all the other coutries that have access to the iPod Touch, but no iTS? I hope the apps are available wordwide, and not just in a handful of countries.

Probably the same thing that happens to those countries with regard to everything else on the iTunes store.

I don't like the lack of iTS in almost every country, but I understand it; the licences for the music and movies have to be negotiated for each one. Software, on the other hand, doesn't have that problem, so I hope the App store is made available worldwide.
