Would it be too much to ask for them to resume respecting album boundaries when entering albums through Artists? Given they haven't changed it since last January when they introduced this behavior, and they actually expanded the behavior to the iOS 7 Music app, I'm not hopeful. It seems that someone at Apple really thinks this is how it should work.

As of this writing, Remote, Keynote Remote, iAd Gallery, iTunes Connect Mobile, Find my Friends, iTunes U and iBooks all need iOS 7 designs/4 inch screen support in some cases/iPad optimization in some cases.

Pleeeeease...

...bring back an iTunes DJ-like feature that lets people at your party vote/upvote tracks on Up Next.

That was one of the most fun and least promoted features in iTunes <11.

Hell no thank you, Apple. After the garbage that Apple turned the Music app into in iOS 7, I'm going to hold onto the current version of the Remote app that retains the old GUI for as long as humanly possible.

Leave Mac OS X alone, we (I) don't need these crappy Icons in OS X, leave that for iOS (Toys).

Don't Leave Mac OS X alone, we (I) need these awesome Icons in OS X, don't leave that just for iOS (mobile devices).

Here's a thought regarding the inevitable iTV...

We all know that the iTV will include some sort of magical control device.

Speculation ranges from: Touchscreen remote, finger "iRing" (you point to what you want), air mouse (think Nintendo Wii), air gestures (with your hands, think xbox connect).

How about this: A remote with a button, and an accelerometer and a Bluetooth LE radio inside. All you do is move it around in your hand, follow the cursor on the screen, and click. Maybe it also has some touch pad sensors for volume control and page swiping.

What are the odds that's what it'll be? 50%?

Every day iOS 7 is looking better and better as Apple and 3rd parties update their apps. Other than Apple's un-updated apps, I only have a handful that are yet to be updated. Visually it is more appealing, and the flow is so much better due to consistency of experience.

Looking forward to the finishing touches on Remote, iBooks, etc.

I hope it's actually better. This sums up my "updates" section on the App Store:

Hopefully it'll let us see the aTV icons/menus on our iphone/ipad screens instead of that stupid clunky trackpad. There's actually no reason whatsoever I should have to look at my tv screen when using the remote app.

Forstall is sitting in his lair saying "Ahh, but when will they get my beautiful Find My Friends app?? I'll always have that one to put my skeuomorphic agenda upon the world!!".

There's so much cool stuff they could do with the Remote app. I'm hoping the reason that the redesign is taking a bit longer than anticipated is because of new features. I'm also hoping for some new fonts in iBooks and maybe a few other sepia themes for reading. I can wish....
