App store question

Hi all, does anyone know what time of the day Apple approves apps in the store ? I check the app store often and its rare i see anything new in the day time. Just wondering if its just on time of the day or all day for new and updated apps.

I wouldn't think there is a set time. Almost like updates, it happens I believe throughout the day (and, night!).
