I purchased the NCAA March Madness On Demand app. I keep getting the message "Carrier Network Supporting Audio Only. Video Resumes When Connectivity Improves"

That's not going to cut it for a $9.95 app.

How do I get a refund? Anyone do this before?

I just read from another forum of a guy who purchased a GPS app. He was not happy with the poor level of detail, as his own home street was missing. He filed a complaint to iTunes customer support and received a 30$ gift card in return (the app was 25$).
