App store requires password entry with every download

No longer requests touch-id either. All settings seem to be correct (use touch-id for app store is on and worked in previous PB's - I think.🙂 )

Same with my iPhone X, App store asked for password all the time, after password entered, it comes with a error about bio auth (believes it means TouchID and FaceID).
FaceID works fine everyways else :/

after ios 12.1.3 i need to type the itunes/appstore password almost everytime i update apps - happening on my iphone and ipad pro.
