App store reviews are not getting live!

Some of my UK based customers are complaining that their app store reviews are not getting live. Please let me know if any of the users facing the same issue.

I wrote a review a few hours back, and it's now live. It doesn't appear immediately though, did they wait an hour or two and check again?
