iPhone XS Max App Store saying wrong country

Hi hoping someone can help. I’ve set my phone to all the right things country says UK etc yet when I try to download or update apps it says it’s not available in my country or region? My other family members phones say the same, as we have family sharing I control the country and it’s definitely UK. XS max all up to date 12.1

One of them is a Halfords app and it won’t let me re-download the AA app both are UK apps

And is your iTunes account a UK account as well?

Yes all set to UK hence the frustration

Wouldn’t contacting iTunes support be the path of least resistance? Apple Store won’t be able to help you.
