App Store search unavailable?

Everything seems to be working in the App Store, except the search option. When I try to search for an app, I get the "App Store unavailable" message. It happens on my iPhone and iPad. Any suggestions on how to fix the error? I have tried the hard/soft reset option already.

Are you still having that problem? Apparently, App Store was down for a while which might have caused the problems.

By soft reset do you mean tapping on the Search icon for 10 times?

I think he meant hold the home and power button until you see the apple logo. This was happing on a phone with the search in Apple music. Did the soft rest and it seemed to fix the problem.
