App Store Showing Updates after I've Already Updated

This has been happening to me since last night. After I update an app, the next time I go to the app store (sometimes hours later), it shows that the same apps need updated again. If I click update, it runs the update all over again. Sometimes this happens 3-4 times.

Any ideas? Thanks!
