App store slow and "cannot connect to app store" often on my XS Max

I've been getting this a lot lately on my Max. I'm on the latest IOS and have rebooted. I have 5 bars LTE and everything else loads fine.

If other websites and apps are working fine, I suggest filing a bug report with Apple. it could also be a server load / problem on their end. I have had the same kind of problem at times. Usually, I got the message once or twice, before it would load.
