I had this message pop up for two apps I wanted to download. I simply closed the App Store app, reopened it and attempted to download the apps again. Second time it worked without any issues.

Very annoying since I always want to butcher the red app badges.

Same here. Can't install a new app I need. I went thru some steps of changing password, cycles of checking off terms & conditions, and verifying payment. Now I'm getting the "This feature is temporarily unavailable" message

edit: i was able to update a couple of apps.

Seems to be a global issue. Getting same error here in the UK. Some apps okay... Had 17 to update... But now stuck with Outlook refusing to install the update altogether.

I am having the exact same issue.

    iPhone 6 - Verizon - Wifi & 4G

Cannot update snapchat, outlook, or download new apps.

I restarted my phone and it is still giving me the temporarily unavailable error.

http://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/ is showing everything is online :/

    In U.S.

I have the same problem and I'm in Canada. It's not letting me update snapchat.
