App Store update not working after PB3

So today I went to check for any updates and got this instead per the screenshot I took. I rebooted and still nothing. Anyone has suggestions what else I can do? Please advise. Thanks.

I'm getting a similar issue on DP8. In addition the App Store toolbar icons have changed:

This happens on Mavericks too. I think it's something on Apple's side.
