Just go to the App Store on your device and select the updates tab on the upper region of the screen. That should show you any available updates as well as recently completed updates. Most apps should update automatically, however, some may have to be done manually depending on the app and your update settings. Hope this helps. Cheers.

I don't have an Updates tab on my App Store? The only tabs I see are below:

Featured - Top Charts - Categories - Purchased - Search

Yeah go into Purchased then you should see Updates or Recently Updated.

I'm on Apple TV 4K, yes all signed in.

Under Purchased I've only got below:

Recent Purchases
Family Sharing
Not on this Apple TV
All Apps

Then it's the categories below that. My Apple TV 4K I've only had for about a week or so, is it possible no apps have had updates yet so that's why it is not showing?

There is no update tab on Atv 4K. Apps update automatically, updated apps have a blu dot close to the name (visible when you select them).

Under Purchased you get a Recently Updated tab on the sidebar when there are Apps that have recently Updated, if the tab isn’t there then none of your apps have recently updated.
