App store will not download purchased apps

Just bought a new Macbook Pro 15 and tried to download some of my previous game purchases, only to find this error:

"Company of Heroes® Complete: Campaign Edition failed to download.

Use the Purchases page to try again."

I'm on El Capitan 10.11 and the latest iTunes 12.3.

Any suggestions?

I am having this problem with Call of Duty 4, Limbo, Sid Meier's Pirates, and Star Wars: KOTR. I have read in other forums with people having problems with Limbo and Call of Duty.
