App store won't open

Hi all,
Recently my app store won't open, let alone even show the app store logo.
I have tried everything that has been suggested yet nothing has worked..

Also I'm not too sure if it has something to do with the plist files?

I hope someone is able to help me 🙂 thanks in advance.
