App Store won't update apps Ventura

I am on what *I think* is the GM for Ventura 13.0. Downloaded the update this morning.

My App Store has not been working since the very first betas.

I have lots of apps with available updates, but when I click on UPDATE and enter my credentials, I get a quick icon spin and the status goes back to UPDATE.

Figured it wasn't going to work while Ventura was still in beta. However, if it no longer is (for developer updates), my app store still won't update or download any apps.

Anyone else?

UPDATE: Definitely a sign-in issue. It won't allow me to sign in.

I've not had any App Store issues on three systems running Ventura. You might contact Apple Support. Can you log out of and back into iCloud.?

iCloud, I can. App Store and iTunes, I cannot.
