App stuck waiting

I did search for this subject and I did what everyone said but I still have an updated app sating "waiting" I restarted and did a hard restart on my ip4 but it wont download.

Any other ideas??

Ok its been an 1 hr 30 min and its still waiting...

3G or wifi? 3G has a 20GB download limit.

I have had this same problem ever since I got my iPhone 4 (it came with iOS 4.1). Apparently it is a 4.1 bug and it is also being talked about on the Apple board. Sometimes if I leave it long enough it finishes, but usually not. If I restart the phone or connect to iTunes to delete and reinstall the app it works fine. I hope Apple gets this one figured out soon.

Im on wifi. Now the actual app is gone. It was the AT&T one...Weird! I dont think Ill download it again.

I (and others) have the problem on both wifi and 3G.

I had this happen a few times since 4.1 was released. A hard reset fixed it, i.e. turning the phone off and back on.

Just do a hard restart for your iPhone OP

I did a hard reset and off/on and it wouldnt download. It then judt dissapeared...I did re download it and its ok now!
