Coming from 9.0.1 the app switcher is definitely smoother on my iPhone 6 when re entering an app from further back in the app draw. I'm sure this isn't a placebo as 9.0.1 would produce noticeable stutter when re-entering an app. It's still not perfect but a move in the right direction! Anyone else seeing this?

My iPhone 6 wasn't moving too fast on 9.0.1. After updating to 9.0.2 animations and changing apps are a lot smoother.

As long as I don't use a dynamic wallpaper the app switcher is smooth enough on my 6+ excepting when the home screen gets in the front. That's the moment when some stutter is clearly visible.

With a dynamic wallpaper it's like it's being refreshed at 5 fps.

Everything is now lightning fast on 6S+. 3D Touch is more responsive and more accurate, app switcher is more responsive and fluid. Touch ID is also now almost just a simple tap to open lol. Definitely impressed with 9.0.2.

I came up with a new game yesterday. Try to quickly click the home button before your finger unlocks your phone. If it unlocks, you lose. If it just wakes the screen up, you win.

I have an iPhone 6s 128 gb and the 9.0.2 is smoother yet when you open using Touch ID and click on an an app it freezes for few seconds before responding. It still stutters but another than before.

This is good news.

Glad Apple saw that iOS 9 has always been laggy on nearly all devices and are starting to do something about it.

It seems that 3D Touch sensitivity is set to light permanently with this update... Changing sensitivity in settings does nothing...
