Here is the issue. Does anyone else have this?

I haven't seen exactly that, but I'm seeing weird things in the iTunes Store. I'd bet it gets sorted pretty quickly.
 
Alright. Ill just wait it out, I rebooted it but it didn't solve it. It doesn't bother me too much.
