Hiya guys
Is there an app that can auto collate all the highlighted text in my ebooks into a PDF/ word doc? This is something students or people who read non fiction ebooks would use.
Any thoughts

Look at PDF annotation apps, like GoodReader or iAnnotate. Both allow you to create a summary of annotations, usually by creating the list in an e-mail, but you can easily turn that into it's own document. The chunks of highlighted text will have a header telling where they came from in your document.
