App that tracks what programs use Data?

My wife has a 200MB plan and she's getting very close to it. Is there an App/Hack that will identify what App is using all the data?

You can try out Onavo. It compresses data using their servers to help reduce bandwidth. It tells you how much you have saved. You can also reset the Usage Settings every billing cycle.
