App that turns off Ipad

Im looking for an app that will allow you to set a timer and it turns off the iPad? Such as a parent lock?

Is there something out there like that?

Apple won't allow this kinds of app in their app store. It violates their policy. You'll need to jailbreak.

Yea that's what I thought... How about not turn it off but not let u do anything else until you put in a code?
