If there was such an app (I don't know of one - but that's not saying much) why would that reminder be more effective than the fact that something landed in your Inbox?
Microsoft Outlook automatically indicates all emails that have been "replied to" or if they have been "forwarded" and in addition can be manually flagged for attention or even set a reminder at a particular date

What I meant was that your e-mail app already automatically tells you that you have mail. There won't be an app that will automatically remind you to reply to those you don't want to just delete. We're not at the point yet that software can read your mind. I wasn't suggesting to consider something you'd have to set. I'd suggest just carving out a time to sit down and reply to e-mails. Make it a regular routine.
