App to allow video recording at low res

Hi,

Is there an app for the iPhone/iPod touch that lets you video record at a lower resolution and in doing so create a lower file size and allow for longer record times?

I could swear someone mentioned such an app on these forums before, but I've searched through the iPhone and iPod touch forums and can't find reference to any such app.

Found this very old thread but its still relevant in times of 4K and HD recording

You can try our app Video Sizer https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/video-sizer/id799261396?mt=8 which makes it super easy to change resolution and FPS

totally agree on this, but the scope is limited.
Video Sizer lets you choose the video resolution and frames per second (FPS), so you can record at various quality levels.
You get a lot more resolution options.
