App to Arrange Application Windows

I am quite OCD about window layout - I like to ensure that they are in set places and of set size, when I was on windows I used to have a program for this (I forget the name of it)

I can't seem to find a similar application for OSX.

What I want to do is set the pixel dimensions of application windows, as well as their position on the screen, does such an app or applescript exist?
