app to assign different controls to mouse buttons?

Hi,

anyone know of an app, preferably freeware! that'll let me assign a control to a third button on a mouse?

I'd like to be able to assign the expose F11 (sweep screen option) to the scroll wheel button, lazy I know but extremely useful/timesaving when working with some larger projects.
