App to change iTunes cnID?

I've been reading up on how to combine HD and SD entries in iTunes, and I found that you need to have identical cnIDs. I can change them using an old copy of TVtagger through VMware, but I'd much rather do it locally. I've tried iFlicks and that doesn't seem to work for me. Any program (similar to lostify) that I could use to change this in Leopard?
